Product information

Returns: We only provide returns only on manufacturing defects, for size change we provide a 7 day exchange (subject to shipping charges) within India. Returns are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects. 

Shipping Charges: In case of size change, We charge a flat fee of Rs. 300 for reverse courier and re-shipping. If you wish to send the product to us then you will just have to pay Rs. 150 as the re-shipping fee. Exchanging products also incur the same fee as mentioned above.

Refund: Incase of a manufacturing defect, We can offer a store credit to the customer only if the products that are returned are unused /unaltered or not damaged. The decision to give store credit rests with the TAHDAH.
Once a refund request is approved, it shall be processed within 2 to 3 working days.


Please note: Order once placed will not be eligible for any cancellation irrespective of any reason. Kindly place your order only if you are sure to buy our product.

Our stock bracelets come in an average wrist size of 7 inches.
We offer Ring Sizes from US -8 TO US-12.
What are the materials used in the products?

We offer a variety of products in our catalog, most products are made of stainless steel. However some bracelets and rings are also made out of semi-precious stones that have been procured from Rajasthan.
Will the plating or any stone fade?

Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. It usually takes about 3-5 days for an order to get shipped and delivered to you.
